Customers are responsible for arranging a qualified furniture technician to perform repairs or for completing the work themselves. We are happy to assist by providing part information and guidance to help ensure a smooth repair process.
At Quality Sofas and Sectionals, we want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted with full refund of the cost of the furniture within 5 days of delivery only. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
