Service Policy
At Quality Sofas and Sectionals, we honor each manufacturer’s warranty on the products we sell. If a covered issue arises, we will provide the necessary replacement parts at no charge.
- First Year: For the first 12 months after your purchase, we will cover both parts and labor at no cost to you.
- After the First Year: We will continue to provide replacement parts free of charge for up to 5 years, but the customer is responsible for labor costs.
Customers are responsible for arranging a qualified furniture technician to perform repairs or for completing the work themselves. We are happy to assist by providing part information and guidance to help ensure a smooth repair process.
Return and Refund Policy
At Quality Sofas and Sectionals, we want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted with full refund of the cost of the furniture within 5 days of delivery only. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Because furniture is large and costly to ship, we strongly encourage you to measure your space carefully and confirm that the size, style, and color will work perfectly in your home before placing your order. This helps us avoid unnecessary returns and ensures a smooth, positive experience for everyone.
